• For business financing you confirm you are authorised to submit information and documents on behalf of the business named in the application.
• The site is not directed to users outside the United States, and financing is not offered in every state.

3. Website information is not an offer of credit

Amounts, timelines, product descriptions, and examples published on this website are informational and illustrative. They are not an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of funding.

An eligibility or pre-approval result indicates only that it makes sense to continue an application. Financing terms become binding only when they are set out in a written agreement signed by you and by us or by the applicable funding partner.

4. Accounts and account security

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@theloancenterinc.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per applicant. Do not share your account with anyone else, including brokers or agents, unless we have agreed in writing.
• We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of these terms.

5. Accurate information and your representations

You represent that all information and documents you submit are true, complete, accurate, and your own, or that you are authorised to submit them. Submitting false information, altered documents, or another person's identity is grounds for immediate denial or withdrawal of any financing, closure of your account, and referral to law enforcement.

6. Consent to electronic records and signatures

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records relating to your enquiry or application in electronic form, and to sign documents electronically. To access electronic records you need an internet connection, a current browser, a valid email address, and the ability to view and retain PDF files. You may withdraw this consent or request a paper copy by contacting us, though withdrawing consent may prevent us from processing an online application.

7. Documents you upload

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, copy, review, and share them as necessary to verify your identity, evaluate and process your application, and comply with the law. Do not upload material you are not entitled to share or that contains malicious code.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access, or probe, scan, or test the security of the site.
• Do not use robots, scrapers, or automated tools to submit applications or harvest content.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or disrupt the site, or introduce viruses or other harmful code.
• Do not copy, resell, or republish site content or use our name or branding without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE LOAN CENTER INC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Any dispute relating to this website that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section affects any separate dispute-resolution terms contained in a signed financing agreement, which control for disputes about that agreement.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time, and we may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these terms.
