Rates and costs

What financing costs, explained before you apply

We publish representative ranges and explain exactly how an offer is built. Your final rate and repayment terms are confirmed in writing after review — never guessed at here.

How an offer is built

What affects the terms you are offered

Nothing about your offer is arbitrary. These are the factors weighed during review.

Amount and repayment period

A larger request or a longer repayment period changes both the monthly payment and the total cost of the financing.

Financial profile

For businesses: operating history, revenue consistency and existing obligations. For individuals: income stability and current commitments.

Quality of documentation

Complete, legible, current documents shorten review and remove the uncertainty that pushes an offer toward the higher end of a range.

Purpose of funds

What the money is for is part of the review. A clearly explained purpose supports a stronger offer.

Our commitments

What we will never do

No advance fees

We do not charge an application fee, a processing fee, or any payment before funding. Anyone asking you to send money to release a loan is not us — report it to our team immediately.

Terms in writing before you commit

Your amount, rate, repayment period, payment schedule and any applicable fees are set out in writing. You review them before accepting anything.

No prepayment penalty surprises

Anything that affects what you pay — including early-repayment treatment — is stated in your written terms rather than buried.

One point of contact on cost questions

Your loan manager explains every number in your offer before you sign, in plain language.
