• Account and correspondence information: sign-in records, application status history, messages exchanged with your loan manager, and support requests.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage data collected automatically when you use the site.

• Directly from you, when you check eligibility, create an account, complete an application, upload documents, or contact us.
