Important information about how THE LOAN CENTER INC presents its financing products, reviews applications, and treats applicants.

Last updated September 13, 2026

1. Eligibility results are not approvals

An eligibility or pre-approval result tells you whether it makes sense to continue an application. It is not a credit decision, not an offer, and not a commitment to lend.

Final financing terms and funding remain subject to completion and review of your application, verification of your identity, and receipt of the required documentation. Any pre-approved figure shown to you may change or be withdrawn following that review.

2. Requested amounts

Personal loan requests are accepted up to $50,000 and business financing requests up to $200,000. A requested amount is not an approved amount. Approved amounts are determined during review and confirmed in writing.

3. Processing times

Target processing windows of 3–5 working days for personal loans and 5–10 working days for business financing begin only once all required information and documents have been received. These are targets, not guarantees, and files that need additional verification take longer.

4. Financing structure and funding partners

Depending on the product, your state, and the details of your request, we may fund a request ourselves or arrange it through a partner lender or funding source. Where a partner is involved, that partner is identified to you before you sign, and its own agreement, rates, and fees apply to the financing.

5. State availability

Financing is offered only in states where we and our funding partners are permitted to do business. Products, amounts, and terms vary by state, and some products are not available in every state. Availability for your state is confirmed during the application process before any agreement is signed.

6. Licensing and registrations

THE LOAN CENTER INC maintains the licences and registrations required for the states and products in which it operates. Licence and registration details for your state are available on request at support@theloancenterinc.com and are stated in your written financing agreement where required by law.

7. New Mexico applicants

This lender is licensed and regulated by the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department, Financial Institutions Division, P.O. Box 25101, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87504. To report any unresolved problems or complaints, contact the division by telephone at (505) 476-4885 or visit https://www.rld.nm.gov/financial-institutions/.

8. Rates, fees, and repayment terms

Rates, fees, repayment schedules, collateral requirements, and funding conditions depend on the product, the amount, your profile, and the funding source. For that reason we do not publish rate tables on this website.

All applicable costs are disclosed to you in writing before you sign, including the annual percentage rate or equivalent cost measure required for your product, the payment schedule, and any origination, servicing, late, or returned-payment fees.

9. No advance fees

We never ask for a fee to check eligibility, to submit an application, or as a condition of releasing approved funds. If anyone requests payment by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or a money-transfer app in the name of THE LOAN CENTER, it is not us. Report it immediately to support@theloancenterinc.com.

10. Application review and credit reporting

Our application process is not built around a traditional credit check. That does not mean there is no review: every application is verified and reviewed, and no financing is provided without that review. Where a credit report, bank data, or a business report is used for a specific product, we tell you and obtain your authorisation first. If an application is declined based on information in a consumer report, you will receive the adverse action notice required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

11. Equal Credit Opportunity and fair lending

The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program, or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act. We apply the same standards to every applicant and to every application.

12. USA PATRIOT Act customer identification

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you apply, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that allows us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's licence or other identifying documents.

13. Military Lending Act

Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. Where the Military Lending Act applies, the cost of credit will not exceed an annual percentage rate of 36 percent, calculated as required by that Act, and the required oral and written disclosures are provided before the agreement is signed.

14. Business financing is commercial credit

Business financing is offered for business and commercial purposes only, not for personal, family, or household use. Commercial financing is not covered by several consumer-credit protections. A personal guarantee from an owner may be required.

16. Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and continue to apply the relevant standards under the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. For feedback on our website accessibility, or if you have any problem accessing our website, contact THE LOAN CENTER INC by email at support@theloancenterinc.com.
